Assignment 1: Collaborative Review

      • Overall flow of the presentation
    • Save and return the presentation to your partner.
  4. Respond to Comments:
    • Review the comments you received and reply to each comment, addressing the feedback given.

Assignment 2: Using Compare Feature

Task: Compare two versions of a presentation and identify the changes.

Requirements:

  • Create two versions of a presentation on the same topic.
  • Make at least five distinct changes in the second version (e.g., text changes, added slides, altered images).
  • Use the Compare feature to highlight these changes.

Solution Steps:

  1. Create the Original Presentation:
    • Develop a 5-slide presentation, ensuring it covers all necessary points.
  2. Create a Revised Version:
    • Make a copy of the original presentation and make at least five changes, such as:
      • Altering text on a slide
      • Adding a new slide
      • Changing images or designs
  3. Use the Compare Feature:
    • Open the original presentation.
    • Go to the Review tab and click Compare.
    • Select the revised version of the presentation.
    • Review the comparison pane to see highlighted changes.
  4. Document Changes:
    • Write down the identified changes and reflect on why they were made.

Task: Create a PowerPoint presentation that includes feedback from peers.

Requirements:

  • Develop a presentation based on a specific topic, including at least 7 slides.
  • Incorporate feedback received from classmates by making adjustments based on their comments.
  • Highlight how feedback improved your presentation.

  2. Gather Feedback:

  3. Implement Feedback:

      • Clarifying points
      • Adding visuals
      • Reorganizing slides for better flow
  4. Highlight Changes:
    • Create a slide at the end of your presentation titled "Feedback and Improvements."
    • Summarize the comments received and describe how they were addressed in the final presentation.
